On the decission of establishing the wisdom
operation commission secretariat
The Wisdom Operation Commission establishes the secretariat according to the decission of establishment of the First Word Wisdom Operation Commission .Secretariat is the organization which deal the whole bussiness of the preparation committee's.The secretariat consists of a general secretary,a deputy secretary and some secretaries. General secretary and the deputy secretary are appointed by the preparation committee. The secretary are appointed by genera secretary and the preparation committee should set up a file.
